Today saw the return of the Darlington 10km race after a two year gap due to the Covid situation making last years event a virtual one. This event clashed with the last senior Track & Field event with promotion and possible championship on the line so for once numbers weren’t as high as usual but
As the first NEYDL meeting at Whitley Bay was cancelled, this third meeting at Morpeth was to be the final league meeting in this series.
