Duo at Sheffield Half

James Baker and Charlotte Knowles were our two Harriers at this years Sheffield Half Marathon, a race which takes runners up for the first half of the race before bringing them back down for the second part. We had four athletes at the fast Eat-Sleep-Run 5km course on the paths of Temple Memorial Park in South Shields. The course starts on grass for a 50 metre downhill section and is then ran on paths.
