Caroline does Liverpool to Leeds, in a canter

Caroline Gibson was in action this Saturday at the Leeds to Liverpool Canal Canter, an enjoyable half marathon which takes runners out and back along the scenic tow path and idea for PB hunters. Caroline Gibson was the only Harrier on show finishing the run in 2:26:50 for a new personal best. Well done Caroline.

Roberts leads the way

Last Sunday at South Park we six teams on show at the NYSD XC Road relays. Some impressive performances from men and women, women taking 1st and 3rd and the men 2nd place making it a successful day for the seniors. Well done all runners who made this event on mothers day!
