Passports at the Ready

Thursday night saw another large turnout at the NYMAC relays at Stewarts Park. This event is always well organised and an excellent chance for members to get together and form teams of 4 regardless of speed. Race for Life

On a very busy week for the club we also saw a number of Harriers head to Cumbria for the Gelt Gladiator a tough obstacle course over challenging terrain while others stayed closer to home and ran the Race For Life at South Park. Two terrific events and looks like everyone had a great time!

On Thursday evening 60 Harriers were on show at the NYMAC relays, a 4 person team relay each runner taking on a 1 mile loop around Stewart park Middlesboro. The course takes runners down a small bank which enables runners to get off to a quick start before levelling out until around 400m to go
