Dave Smith was the lone Harrier on show this weekend at the Hexham 10k, This is another race which has been designed for those runners wanting a flat, faster run.
Dave certainly didn’t disappoint and smashed his personal best by around 90 seconds on the day finishing 171st 54:22 taking around 90 seconds off his previous best.
Outstanding effort Dave, well done.
