Mark Tallon was left to lead the troops into battle this weekend as Darlington Harriers started life in Division 3 in the Northern Senior league.
With many athletes stepping up late in the day as others dropped out the team put in a fantastic performance to finish the day 2nd.
Be great to see everyone giving Mark and Sue support this season as we look to compete in this division and who knows…maybe promotion again??
Every point really does count so even if you think you may finish last in your heat….getting 1 point is better than getting 0 points and could be the 1 point that gets the team up this year.
