Twenty Four hours after competing at the NYSD mile race at Eastbourne Paul Cook headed to Locke Park for their 5mile race, a flat and fast run around the local park.
On the night Paul finished in 7th place in 29.24 with our other Harrier running Shirley Gibson 79th in 41.49.
