Richard Bowes was in midweek action again, this time up in Cumbria at the Gosforth 10 mile race. Although Richard said this was quite a trip with it taking him 4 hours to get there and back it but was still a good race to do with lots of scenery to keep runners occupied.
On the night, cap wearing Richard finished in a solid 43rd place in 77 minutes dead. Full results can be found here
