Phil Teece was in action this weekend representing England in the masters competition at the Cardiff 10km race. Phil has been in terrific form for a number of years now and it’s great to see Phil being recognised by being awarded an England vest. On a warm day for racing Phil finished in an excellent 37.46 for 160th place and 7th V55.
