On Sunday Ian Brown and son Jake headed over to Richmond to take on the days Triathlon. Both Ian and Jake are accomplished runners and Ian more experienced over the three events. Jake was first of the two to finish in 1:19:08 with Ian finishing in 1:27:05. Den Dale also competed on the day for Aycliffe Tri finishing in 1:46:29.8.
