On Sunday morning at Newcastle’s Town Moor we had a 8 of our club runners in action over three events. In the Couples 10km event, Barry and Louise Talman finished 3rd from the 40 runners on show with a combined time of 38:32 with Zoe and Steve Rogers 18th in 46:58.
In the 10km race with a field of 649 runners John Clifford was once again the man to watch as he finished 6th overall but 1stV45 in a time of 35:41 for the accurately measured 10km race by Run Nation (likely to be 6.4miles….)
In the 5km race with only 87 runners Tony Winward was first Harrier home in 4th place in 18:14 with Tom Addison 9th in a new personal best of 19:36 and wife Sarah 24th in 27:47.
