Lee Cont move his arms but worth it

Lee Hammond was in action on Saturday at the Coniston end to end swim, a 5.25 miles in open water. After experiencing a delayed start of 5 hours due to the weather and the feed stations being moved next to the shore, Lee along with his friend Chris got the job done, although Lee admits that Chris was considerably quicker.
Lee said he found it very tough going and there were a couple of times the waves caught him and his tow float drove him insane hitting him in the back of the head due to the wind. But overall he loved the experience despite him feeling very tired this morning and having neck ache and with a left shoulder that will be out of action for a few days!

Lee would like to say a big thank you for all the support from everyone and as a reminder, you can still sponsor them at https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/chrisandleeswimconiston
Well done lads and thank you to everyone who has supported in some way to date!
