Last weekend Sara was involved in a canicross event at Dalby Forest. Now I was always a believer that David Beckham delivered a canicross but apparently this is a little different. This event is a 5km running with your dog.
The course is one big on the Ellerton trail for those familiar with the area. Sara said the course was a little ruff at times but took a lead and finished the course in 31:08.
