John Hall and Sarah Johnson were both in action at the Costello Stadium in Hull this weekend. Although official results have yet to be released, John claimed a silver medal and a new personal best in the 100m race with a 13.7sec run and followed it up with a gold in the 400m race.
Sarah, not to be outdone, picked up a personal best in the 100m as she finished in 13.8seconds and broke the 18 second barrier in the hurdles, finishing in a new best of 17.7.
