On Saturday Andy and Jen Harrison headed to the Yorkshire Dales to take on the 14.2 mile Dentdale road race which follows a figure-of-eight course, it winds up hill and down dale, starting and finishing at Dent Primary School.
Andy was first of the husband and wife team to finish in 84th with Jen in 365th although reports are Jen stopped to help another Darlington runner who had experienced a bout of dizziness along the way.
A scenic but tough route by all accounts so well done!
