Andy and Jen Harrison thought they would try something a little different as they pitched up in the middle of the picturesque Purbecks taking part in the Bad Cow Frolic run.
This 4.4 mile course encourages participants to run as much or as little as they like and is more of a big fun sociable event for clubs, friends groups of mates…they even have a transition area to swap from one runner to another right next to the bar..genius!
Sounds like a cracking event with some nice race bling, food and drink what more could you want!
