On Sunday morning we had a number of runners on show at Leeds Abbey Dash 10k, a popular race since it’s introduction in 1984 because of it’s flat and fast course profile.
Some excellent performances on the day with a few course personal bests and actual bests on the day including Maria Daniels who broke the 60 minute mark as she ducked under by 5 seconds.
Well done Maria and all Harriers that ran.
Shout out of the day goes to John McGrath from Darlington Tri who ended up giving CPR at the race to a runner who collapsed. The runner is doing ok but excellent work John
