On Saturday morning we had a small number of Harriers at the Great Tees 10km race, for some a warm up to Sunday’s Great North Run. On this relatively flat and fast course Tony Winward was first home in 9th place for the club with David Nalder 1stV65 on the day next home.
Some excellent performances from Paul Oyston, Barry Foster, Michael Fretter, Hamish Laishley and James Gardner on the day but a special shout out to Joanne Tarn (pictured) who completed her 10th 10km event in aid of her dads charity St Cuthbert’s Hospice after coming through our Couch 2 5km group. Great achievement by everyone on the day.
