Simon Rogers, Paul Cook along with non Harriers Andrew Dobson and Nick Mason entered the Neptune Relays as Darlo Old boys with the foursome in the V40 category.
Andrew got the ball rolling on leg A with a time of 9.12 for the 1.7mile course followed by Nick Mason finishing in 10.05 due to not realising that Andrew had already crossed the line to allow him to start his leg. Paul Cook was next on leg C finishing as the fastest ‘non club team leg’ in 8.47 with Simon Rogers on the anchor leg finishing in 9.09.
The team not only finished 13th overall in 37.13, but broke the old course record for a non club, with Paul breaking the fastest leg time.
