Tony Winward made the most of a low turnout at Dalton Park 5km race this Sunday with a win in 18:51 from a field of just 37 runners and only a handful of club runners which was a far cry from the 271 runners in the 10km event which seemed to attract the more established runners.
Simon Daniels was first home for the club in the 10km with good runs from Lou Fiona, Brian Burdon, Maria Daniels and Dave Hamer.
