Tonight saw a small number of Harriers head to Newcastle’ quayside to take on the 5km race on a course where our very own Lewis Moses holds the course record for, well at least until tonight that is . This is a flat and fast out and back course with the Millenium up and over bridge at the end of the race and runners split into two races depending on predicted time. Lee Johnson was once again first home in 14th place ahead of John Clifford in 21st (1st V50) and Amy Pickworth was finished 7th in her age category. Karl Hume was a none starter as he couldn’t get a lift……
