Armstrong sees too much snake at Snake Lane

Peter Armstrong was one of a number of Harriers who was competing at Snake Lane on Sunday morning but got a little bit more than he bargained for when opening a cubicle which wasn’t locked to find a runner from another club giving himself a “Stand up wipe”…..maybe this is where ‘snake lane’ originated from?

Anyway back to the actual race, on a lovely spring day our eleven Harriers on show had a productive day with some fine performances.

Barry Talman was first over the line in 49th place and personal bests known from at least one of our runners, Zoe Rogers but no doubt a few more.

Well done all of you, looks a great event to run.
