It was only last week that we said goodbye to the NYSD Track & Field meetings for another season, and now suddenly the final NEYDL meeting is here – well almost the last. If you’re not familiar with the NEYDL, we’ve still got the excitement of the Interleague Match where the North East take on Yorkshire & District. Teams are picked from the top 3 ranking athletes for each event, taken from the four matches of the season, for one final showdown between the two regions. Last year the North East retained the Interleague Shield so fingers crossed that will be repeated again this year
