A handful of our Harriers were attending the High Cup Nick fell race, a 15k event with 450m ascent on the edge of the Eden Valley which takes in the amazing High Cup Nick before returning mostly along the Pennine Way into scenic village of Dufton.
The race itself is a fundraiser for the upkeep of the village hall where the race starts and finishes.
Dave Tomlinson finished just under a minute ahead of Dave McKenna to be first of our Harrier bunch home but I think all of you deserve a medal ‘running’ and ‘climbing’ in those conditions!
